Sessions & Intensives

  • Typical session are 1 hour.

  • For clients who are ready to go deeper, I offer extended sessions.

    • 90 minute session

    • 2 hour session

    • 3 hour deep dive intensive

Intensives are designed to help you:

    • Move through stuck patterns more efficiently

    • Process trauma or significant life transitions

    • Gain clarity in a focused, distraction-free space

    • Experience meaningful breakthroughs in a shorter period of time

This format is especially helpful if you:

    • Feel “stuck” in weekly sessions

    • Are navigating a significant decision or transition

    • Want to do deeper trauma or EMDR work

    • Prefer to work more intensively for a season

We can discuss whether this approach would be a good fit for you.

    Payment & Insurance

My practice is private pay (self-pay) and I do not bill insurance directly.

  • 45 minute session $150 (typical with teens)

  • 1 hour session $200

  • 90 minute session $300

  • 2 hour intensive $400

  • 3 hour intensive $600

    However:

    • I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider.

    • Many clients are able to use HSA or FSA (Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts) to pay for counseling services.

After many years of owning a large group practice and working extensively with insurance, I made the intentional decision to transition

to a private-pay model. While I recognize this means some individuals may choose to use their insurance elsewhere, this approach

allows me to practice in a way that aligns with my values, provides the highest quality of care, and creates a sustainable practice so I

can continue serving clients with presence, excellence, and integrity.
