I Was There. I Get It.
I built a mental health practice from the ground up, and I didn't always make the right choices.
There were seasons when I didn't bring God into my decisions, when my home wasn't as peaceful as it should have been, and when the weight of running a business felt heavier than the calling itself.
But now I'm on the other side of this mountain. I've walked the difficult path of building, scaling, and eventually selling my practice.
Through it all, God taught me what it means to lead with wisdom instead of hustle, to grow with intention instead of overwhelm.
That journey, the mistakes, the breakthroughs, the moments of surrender prepared me for what I'm doing now: helping Christian leaders like you build businesses that honor God, serve others well, and bring peace to your home.

Heidi is a mental health clinician turned business coach who has walked the exact path you're on. She built a thriving private practice from the ground up, navigated the challenges of scaling, and ultimately sold her practice after years of faithful leadership.
But her journey wasn't perfect. There were seasons of overwhelm, burnout, and trying to do it all without fully surrendering to God's plan. Through those struggles, God taught her how to build a business that honors Him, serves others, and creates space for peace at home.
Now, Heidi is passionate about helping Christian clinicians and private practice owners do the same. She brings a unique combination of clinical experience, business acumen, and Spirit-led coaching to help you build a practice that aligns with your calling—not just your ambition.
